His journey began as a passionate fitness enthusiast, leading him to become a 3-Time National Powerlifting Champion and an active bodybuilder and weightlifter. Over the years, Nikhil transitioned from competitive sports to fitness education, aiming to bridge the gap between scientific knowledge and practical application in the fitness domain.
